1. The service
TripCompy is a Telegram Mini App developed and independently operated by its creator. It helps you plan, track and review trips: packing lists, document checklists, tasks, budget, expenses and reminders.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TripCompy.
3. Your account
TripCompy uses your Telegram account for identification. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the servers, or use TripCompy for any unlawful purpose.
5. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we process. By using the service you accept that policy.
6. Availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may suspend the service for maintenance or security reasons. Reminder delivery depends on Telegram and may occasionally be delayed or fail. Offline reopen from Telegram is not guaranteed when you close the app without an internet connection.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripCompy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
9. Termination
You can stop using TripCompy at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these terms.
